Dubai – Mubasher: Alec Company has been awarded a $74.87 million (AED 275 million) contract for the construction work of Deira Waterfront Development.
The contract includes the construction of a 4-storey hotel comprises 131 keys, and 4-storey office building above the Palm Deira Metro station, according to MEED magazine.
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has chosen Alec for a $350 million (AED 1.3 billion) contract for the construction of DWTC’s pavilion in Expo 2020.
