Alexandria Construction buys 30m shares in Talaat Moustafa

Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Construction bought 30 million shares to raise its stake to 8.03% in Talaat Moustafa Group Holding, said a bourse filling.

Alexandria Construction bought 30 million shares of Talaat Moustafa Group at EGP 9.6 per share for a total amount of EGP 288 million.

Alexandria Construction is capitalized at EGP 300 million and operates in different contracting activities.
