Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has approved the addition of the real estate investment activity in the company's memorandum of association (MOA).
The EGM also adopted the amendment of Article 3 of the MOA, a statement to the stock market said on Sunday.
The stock rose on Thursday by 1.94% to EGP 177.5.
