Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling approved raising the company’s paid-in capital to EGP739.3 million from EGP123.2 million through distributing five-for-one bonus shares.
Moreover, the authorized capital also increased to EGP1 billion from EGP200 million, the company indicated in a bourse filing.
In Sunday’s early trading, the stock quote rose 1.07% to EGP394.12 after 6 shares were traded in one transaction at EGFP2.365.
