Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling stated that its unaudited financial results for the first seven months of 2015/16 witnessed 52% rise in profits.
During the period ended 31 January, 2015, the firm posted a net profit of EGP679.3 million ($85.2 million), compared to EGP448.1 million ($56.2 million).
The quantitative production within the same period reached 542,200 containers, while the current activity revenue recorded EGP932.5million.
Moreover, the unaudited results showed that net profit for the first half of 2015/16 grew by 54% to EGP591 million, from EGP383.6 million the year-ago period.
