Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company reported net profits of EGP 336.33 million in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, up by 21.09% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 277.76 million, the unaudited financial results showed.
The company's revenues fell to EGP 537.70 million in the July-September period from EGP 547.87 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
In FY20/21, the company recorded net profits of EGP 1.41 billion, down from EGP 1.49 billion in FY19/20.
