Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Alexandria Flour Mills gave a nod to distribute dividends of EGP 1.7 per share.
The dividends payment will take place in 10 December, while shareholders of record date until the close of 7 December will be entitled to the dividends distribution.
The company's net profits edged down 0.53% in the fiscal year 2014/15.
