Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Alexandria Medical Services (Alexandria New Medical Center) approved Monday bonus share distribution at 1-for-10, to be financed from 2015 earnings.
The company's extraordinary general meeting endorsed the increase in issued capital to EGP 53.24 million, from EGP 48.4 million. The EGP 4.84 million is divided into 605,000 bonus shares at EGP 8 par value each.
