Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Alexandria Medical Services ( Alexandria New Medical Center) gave a nod to distribute dividends at total amount of EGP 4.84 million.
The dividends distribution will be effected through the distribution of bonus shares at 0.1 to 1 that is equivalent to EGP 0.8 per share.
The firm is currently capitalized at EGP 48.4 million, distributed across 60.5 million shares at EGP 8 par value each.
