Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Alexandria Medical Services approved of capital increase from EGP48.4 million to EGP53.2 million by issuing bonus shares worth EGP4.84 million distributed over 605,000 shares at EGP8 a share.
The bonus shares will have equal rights for FY16 dividend distribution.
The board authorized Bavaguthu Shetty, the company’s president, to timetable the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings to consider amending article 6 and 7 of the memorandum of association
