Cairo - Mubasher: Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment has submitted documents to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for a capital increase, stock split, and amendments to its name, headquarters, and legal domicile.
The EGX-listed company seeks to raise its authorized capital to EGP 130 million from EGP 50 million, according to a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the issued capital will remain unchanged at EGP 26.12 million.
The company also submitted documents to split the nominal value of its shares to EGP 0.50 from EGP 5.
Following the split, the total number of shares will increase to 52.25 million from 5.22 million.
Alexandria National Investment further requested to change its name to Tycoon Investments Holding, alongside amendments to its headquarters and legal address.
