Riyadh – Mubasher: Allianz Saudi Fransi Corporative Insurance Company (Allianz SF) on Sunday announced that its board of directors has appointed Andreas Brunner as the company’s CEO.
The appointment came after the company received the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Brunner replaced Xavier Denys, who had submitted his resignation from the position for personal reasons.
By the end of Thursday’s session, Allianz SF’s stock declined 0.40% at SAR 25.10.
