Riyadh – Mubasher: Almarai said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) gave a nod on Sunday to a 9% cash dividend, or 90 halalas, for the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total dividend payout amounts to SAR 720 million for FY16.
Shareholders of record at the end of the meeting's date will be entitled to recieve dividends as of 4 April.
The company's stock fell 0.62% to SAR 68.82 on Sunday.
