Riyadh – Mubasher: Almarai Company completed the acquisition of 100% shares in Premier Foods.
The total value of the acquisition deal, finalised on 27 May, amounted to SAR 108 million, the Gulf's largest dairy company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) late on Monday.
It is worth noting that Premier Foods operates in the field of serving meat and poultry products.
