Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Almarai Co has appointed Georges P. Schorderet as the new CEO, replacing Alois Hofbauer, who resigned for personal reasons.
The board has accepted the resignation of Alois Hofbauer on Saturday, 6 July, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The appointment will become effective starting from Sunday, 7 July.
Moreover, Majed Mazen Rasheed Nofal has been appointed as the company’s deputy CEO and Paul GAY as the chief financial officer (CFO).
