Riyadh-Mubasher: Almarai board recommended cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015 at 11.5% of the stock's par value, or SAR 1.15 a share, totalling SAR 690 million.
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders of record until the close of trading on the general meeting date which will be defined later.
