Riyadh-Mubasher: Almarai Company showed its interest to acquire a controlling stake in Abu Dhabi-based National Food Products Company (NFPC), according to a bourse statement.
NFPC officially started a competitive sale process for part of its share capital and invited Almarai to proceed with due diligence.
Almarai will announce further updates when available.
