Kuwait – Mubasher: Ahli United Bank – Kuwait (Almutahed) announced Wednesday that it has closed the issuance of tier 1 capital-boosting sukuk not exceeding KWD 60.4 million ($200 million), with a profit rate of 5.5% per year.
The bank said that it has concluded the marketing of issuance inside the country, in GCC countries and globally, according to a bourse filing.
The subscription period started on 17 October and ended on 18 October as sukuk was oversubscribed several times.
