Kuwait – Mubasher: Alothman Commercial Enterprises Co confirmed the negotiations being run with regional and international entities for selling a stake in Humansoft Holding, according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
Alothman said that no final agreement has been reached yet regarding the news article issued in AlQabas about selling 24% of Alothman’s stake in Humansoft at KWD 2.9 per share with a total value of KWD 80 million, the statement said.
