Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Alrai Media Group approved on Monday the resignation of its board members, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
The shareholders have elected a new board of directors for the coming three years, the board will be chaired by Mohammed Abdullah Al Jumaa.
Alrai Media clarified that forming the new board will not have any impact on the company’s financial position.
