Mubasher: The shareholders of Alrai Media Group approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Tuesday, the board’s recommendation to distributed 24% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.
Alrai Media will pay 24 fils per share as a dividend for FY17 on 7 June to the shareholders of records on 17 May, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
During FY17, Alrai media posted a decline of 55% in profits to KWD 1.8 million compared to KWD 4.1 million in fiscal year 2016.
