Riyadh – Mubasher: The elected board of Alujain Corporation has approved on Thursday appointing Muhammad Saleh Hassan Alkhalil as the chairman of the board.
The new chairman has a wide experience in commercial and industrial investment and had held various leading positions in a number of companies, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
In a separate statement, the company announced ending the mandate of Waheeb Abdullah Linjawi in the position of the chairman of the board as of 15 June, noting that it will hire a CEO for the firm later.
