Riyadh – Mubasher: Shareholders of Alujain approved amending the company’s name and activity, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM).
The EGM approved changing the company’s name from Alujain Corp. to Alujain Holding.
Moreover, the company’s activity has been changed to include managing subsidiaries or jointly managed companies, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
