Riyadh – Mubasher: Amana Cooperative Insurance Company reported on Wednesday net losses before Zakat of SAR 4.14 million in April.
Accumulated losses reached SAR 208.16 million (65% of the capital) by the end of April, while net profit before Zakat amounted to SAR 4.07 million in the first four months this year, with earnings per share of SAR 0.13, according to a bourse filing.
Total written premiums reached SAR 9.8 million in April, while net written premiums came to SAR 4.7 million.
Amana’s profits before Zakat for March 2016 reached SAR 6.2 million, while net profit reached SAR 8.2 million in the first three months this year.
