Riyadh – Mubasher: Amana Cooperative Insurance posted SAR 75,000 ($20,000) net profits before Zakat during September 2016, to total SAR 1.77 million ($472,000) profits in nine months.
The accumulated losses reached SAR 209.98 million by the end of September, representing 65.59% of capital and totaling SAR 320 million.
Insurance written premiums reached SAR 5.9 million in September to raise the total of the nine months to SAR 137.3 million.
The company reported SAR 304,000 net profits before Zakat during August 2016, with SAR 180,000 operating profits.
