Riyadh – Mubasher: Amana Cooperative Insurance’s board approved appointing Sulaiman Mahmoud Hilal as the CEO of the company as of Sunday, 21 May.
The company highlighted that the new CEO holds a bachelor degree in business administration from King Abdulaziz University, in addition to more than 22 years of experience in leading positions in various companies, according to a bourse filing.
On 6 March, Majid Bin Mohammed Al Suroor had submitted his resignation for personal reasons, which was approved.
