Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Amanat Holdings’ board has recommended paying a cash dividend of AED 0.015 per share for the fiscal year 2015, with an overall distribution value of AED 37.5 million ($10.209 million), according to a statement.
The board discussed the resignation of Chairman Zayed Al Hamid, and chose Mansoor Al Hamid to fill the vacant position.
The DFM-listed healthcare and education company achieved AED 57.9 million ($15.76 million) profits during the fourth quarter of 2015.
