Dubai – Mubasher: Amanat Holdings said its board will hold their meeting on 15 March to discuss financial statements for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The board will also consider and propose cash dividends for FY16.
In mid-February, the board recommended a 1.5% cash dividend or 1.5 fils per share for FY16, totalling AED 37.5 million.
