Dubai – Mubasher: Amanat Holdings said its shareholders gave the go-ahead to 1.5% cash dividends or 1.5 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total dividends payout amounts to AED 37.5 million for FY16.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 2.5 billion, distributed on 2.5 billion shares at AED 1 per share.
Amanat’s profits declined 24.1% to AED 38.4 million in FY16, compared to AED 50.58 million in FY15.
The shareholders approved to launch of the five-year employee share option plan with a maximum number of 250 million shares, which represent 10% of the company’s issued share capital.
