Mubasher: The board of Amanat Holdings recommended a cash dividend of 1.5% for the fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay 1.5 fils per share, with a total value of AED 37.5 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
Amanat will hold its ordinary general meeting on 21 March to discuss the proposed dividend payout.
During FY16, the company’s profits shrank by 24.1% to total AED 38.4 million as compared to AED 50.58 million in FY15.
