Dubai-Mubasher: DFM-listed Amanat Holdings fully divested its 4.14% stake in London-listed Al Noor Hospitals Group for an average price of approximately GBP 11.6 per share, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
On 21 May, Amanat announced purchasing a stake in the UAE’s Al Noor Hospitals Group from the Deustche Bank.
The 4.14% stake, reaching to 4.8 million shares, was bought at AED 250 million via an off-market transaction.
