Dubai-Mubasher: Amanat Holdings will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 18 April to discuss dividends for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The proposed dividends represent 1.5% of the company’s capital or AED 0.015 per share, amounting to AED 37.5 million.
The shareholders will consider the company’s activities and financial position for 2015.
The shareholders approved the appointment of Mansour Al Hamid as an independent non-executive director, following Zayed Al Hamid who resigned on 16 March.
