Cairo – Mubasher: Ameco Medical Industries said Tuesday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 29 March to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 0.45 per share for fiscal year 2016.
Total dividends amount to EGP 1.49 million, divided into two equal tranches worth EGP 742,500, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM will also look into the board and auditor’s reports on the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
