Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding said Tuesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 11 March to discuss a proposal by the board of directors to distribute bonus shares, according to a bourse filing.
The board earlier recommended the distribution of 1-for-10 bonus shares, totalling 455.95 million shares.
