Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co will add a new restaurant chain, Mama, to the group’s chains.
The new restaurant chain will be operated by the group’s restaurant management unit, Amer Group added in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
Amer Group’s capital amounts to EGP 1.003 billion distributed over 5.01 billion shares at a par value of EGP 0.20 per share.
The Egyptian group last posted a net profit of EGP 20.4 million in the three-month ended September 2017, compared to EGP 76.3 million in the prior-year period.
