Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Company achieved EGP 15.01 million in consolidated net profit after tax during the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, compared to EGP 14.97 million a year earlier.
The revenues hiked to EGP 316.18 million at the end of March 2025 from EGP 271.91 million in Q1-24.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) hit EGP 0.004 in Q1-25, versus EGP 0.01 a year earlier.
Non-consolidated net losses after tax jumped to EGP 5.07 million in the first three months (3M) of 2025 from EGP 2.77 million in Q1-24, while the loss per share widened to EGP 0.006 from EGP 0.003.
In 2024, the group posted an annual leap in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 73.71 million, compared to EGP 45.91 million.
