Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding’s board of directors has approved the appointment of Hisham Arafat as the company’s new chairman.
Arafat will succeed Mansour Amer who submitted his resignation on Monday, the company said in a statement.
As Egypt’s former transport minister, the newly appointed chairman took part in developing the transportation sector in the country.
