Cairo - Mubasher: Amer Group Holding announced that the selling transaction of the company’s treasury shares has been completed on Tuesday 27 December, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday that 125 million treasury shares that were at Amer Group’s disposal have been sold.
Amer’s board of directors approved on 13 December selling the treasury shares at market price, which the company purchased in January at 38 piasters per share.
