Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding has commenced selling 125 million treasury shares at market price, according to a bourse filing.
The selling process, which represents 2.7% of total shares, will continue up till 15 September.
In January 2016, the board of directors bought 125 million treasury shares at 38 piasters a share.
By 10:39am Cairo time, the stock quote fell 6.3% to 31 piasters with a trading value of EGP 3.2 million.
