Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) approved on Sunday the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at EGP 0.1 per share.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday that dividends total EGP 40 million, adding that the OGM has also approved the financial results of 2016.
The company also recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for last year at 9.99 piasters per share, with a total value of EGP 39.6 million.
