Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) said Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 26 March to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 9.9 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 39.6 million.
The dividends will be divided into two tranches; the first amounts to EGP 18 million and the second is worth EGP 21.6 million, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM will also discuss the board and auditor’s reports on the year which ended on 31 December 2016.
The stock was last traded at EGP 3.70.
