Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) approved distributing cash dividends at EGP 0.35 a share.
On 21 January, the board recommended paying out EGP 140 million as cash dividends for the period ended 31 December 2015
The OGM also approved 2015 balance sheet, financial statements, board’s report, as well as auditor’s report.
American’s profits for 2015 dropped to EGP 187.8 million from EGP 207.8 million for 2014.
