Cairo – Mubasher: The board members of Americana Egypt held a meeting on Monday to consider a change in the board of directors.
Americana Egypt, listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), has appointed Haroon Saeed Siddiqui as the new chairman instead of Mohamed Farouk who refused to remain in his position in the board membership.
All responsibilities and duties have been directed to the new chairman Siddiqui, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
