Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financial statements of the Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana) showed a growth of 19.5% in net profits during the third quarter of 2016.
Net earnings stood at EGP 110.33 million in Q3-16 as compared with EGP 92.35 million in Q3-15, according to a bourse statement issued Sunday.
During the first nine months of 2016, profits amounted to EGP 170.93 million, 8.8% higher from EGP 157.15 million in the same period of 2015.
Consolidated revenue grew 6.3% to EGP 2.17 billion, compared to EGP 2.04 billion a year ago.
Americana’s standalone financials reported an increase of 18.6% in profits of the nine months to EGP 174.29 million as compared to EGP 146.9 million in the corresponding period of 2015.
