Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) stated that the board of directors recommended distributing EGP140 million as cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015.
The dividend will be paid in two installments: The first at EGP18 million and the second at EGP122 million.
By the end of FY15, Americana Egypt’s net profit stood at EGP187.8 million, compared to EGP207.8 million a year earlier.
The company operates with a capital of EGP291.6 million distributed into 291.6 million shares with a par value of EGP1 each.
