Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) said it would hold ordinary general meeting on 28 February, to discuss the dividends distribution for 2015.
Earlier, the company’s board of directors has proposed dividends distribution at total amount of EGP 140 million for the fiscal year ended 31 December.
Americana reported net profits of EGP 187.8 million for 2015, down from EGP 207.8 million in 2014.
