Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. forecasted its German subsidiary PWT GmbH to be judged on 10 March in the claim raised against it by a subcontractor relating to a project in Iraq.
Amiantit said it has not received any notification about the pronouncement so far.
“We understand that the matter has been postponed and the judgment is expected during the upcoming week,” the company said.
PWT, a 100%-owned subsidiary of Amiantit, operates in building, managing and maintaining water desalination plants.
