Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Arabian Amiantit recommended distributing SAR75.1 million as cash dividends for 2015 or 6.5% of the share’s par value.
According to Mubasher data, this pay-out equates 74% of FY15 profits that reached SAR101.3 million.
Shareholders of record till the end of trading on the ordinary general meeting date will be entitled to receive the dividends.
The company’s profit for the fourth quarter of 2015 rose by 13% year-on-year from SAR19.9 million to SAR22.4 million.
