Mubasher: Amlak Capital Holding will sign a contract with Boursa Kuwait in July to list its shares on the stock exchange, well-informed sources told Al Seyassah Newspaper.
Amlak Capital will officially announce the listing during the coming ordinary general meeting (OGM) after meeting the required procedures, Al Seyassah said.
The company clarified that it has postponed the decision to list on Boursa Kuwait for several years as it has been waiting for money due from ministries.
