Dubai – Mubasher: The initial financial statements of Amlak Finance showed a net loss of AED 125.6 million during the full-year 2018, against AED 51.33 million in profits in 2017.
Amlak’s revenues dropped to AED 342.03 million in the year ended 31 December 2018, from AED 362.92 million the year before, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Tuesday.
As for the fourth quarter of 2018, the company incurred losses of AED 64 million, against AED 11.8 million in profits in the same period of the prior year.
